After 10 minutes of preparation and 35 minutes of baking, I got a delicious bundt cake. No sugar and gluten-free. Inspiration is a recipe from blog ElaVegan.

Preparation time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

– 200 g oat flakes

– 70 g almonds

– 1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

– 1/4 teaspoon of salt

– 60 g chocolate chips

– 2 tablespoons of honey

– 180 ml milk

– 2 ripe bananas

– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Preparation:

Grind the oatmeal in the blender so that you get flour.

Grind the almonds as well into almond flour.

Mix the dry ingredients in the bowl: ground oatmeal, almonds, salt, baking powder.

Add bananas, vanilla extract, milk and honey into the blender.

Mix together dry and we ingredients with a wooden spoon and add the chocolate chips.

Grate the bundt pan with butter and pour in the mixture. Bake the bundt cake at 180 ° C for 35 minutes.
