Preparation time: 45 minutes
– 250 ml milk
– 1 yeast
– 530 gr flour
– 2 eggs
– 80 gr sugar
– 75 gr butter
– 1/4 teaspoon of salt
– jam or Nutella for the filling
Mix the eggs. Add the eggs to the milk and add yeast. Add flour, sugar and salt. Mix the mixture and add softened butter. The dough will be soft and sticky.
Cover with transparent foil and leave over night in the fridge.
Tomorrow morning take the dough out and put it on flour covered surface.
Form the brioche by putting the dough in the muffin tin. In the middle of the dough add Nuttella or jam you like. Ice each brioche with the mixture of egg yolk and milk. Leave for 30 minutes to rest.
Bake on 180°C until the brioche is nice and golden.
