Given the deceptive spring and sun that we are constantly waiting for, and it’s hidden somewhere, I intensely wanted something chocolate, juicy and powerful! And so this brownie was born.

It’s secret ingredient is Noccio hazelnut butter.

Preparation time: 45 minutes


chocolate mixture

– 85 g unsweetened chocolate

– 110 g butter

– 200 g sugar

– 2 eggs

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/2 teaspoon of salt

– 85 g flour

Noccio mixture

– 90 g Noccio hazelnut butter

– 45 g sugar

– 1 egg

– 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract

– pinch of salt


– chocolate chips for decoration


Heat the oven to 175 ° C.

Preparing the chocolate mixture. Melt chocolate and butter. Mix sugar, add one egg at a time, vanilla extract and salt. Mix with chocolate and butter. Add flour.

Preparing the light mixture. Mix all the ingredients until they are combined.

Place baking paper in a 20 x 20 cm tray. Cover with the chocolate mixture and then the Noccio mixture. With a knife, in the form of number 8, stir the two mixtures. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Bake for 30 minutes.
