Although I have a detailed recipe, you are free to either change or add certain ingredients, depending on what you like. These balls are a real detox: without sugar, and with rum to make every afternoon better.

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

– 50 g almonds

– 50 g hazelnuts

– 5 Medjool dates

– 50 g walnuts

– 2 dried figs

– 20 g dried cranberries

– 50 g sunflower seeds

– 20 g flax seeds

– 5 Tablespoons of rum

Preparation:

If you have a weaker or smaller blender, you can blend the nuts separately. Put all the ingredients in the blender and add rum. Blend in a uniform mix of which we make the bites. This mass yields around 20 balls.
