Lately, I’ve been spending a lot of time at airports and hotels. On my return from the States, I slept for 15 hours. When I woke up I was very hungry, but at the same time I could not eat anything “difficult”.

I went to the Healthy Boutique in the neighborhood and took everything I needed for this perfect smoothie. It will satisfy your hunger, it’s full of vitamins and it’s great when coming from a trip (or for hangover).

From the entire mixture, you get 3 glasses of smoothie.

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

– 1 mango

– 1 lemon

– 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric

– 2 teaspoons of ginger

– 1 orange

– 1 cup of frozen raspberries

– 1 pear

– 1 banana

– 1 Granny Smith apple

– honey, to taste

Preparation:

Cut the mango, apple and pear into cubes and put in blender, add lemon juice, turmeric, ginger, orange juice. Add the banana. Blend until the mixture is uniform. Add honey to your taste and pour the mixture in the glasses.

Rinse the blender, put raspberries and 2 tablespoons of water, and blend the mixture until it is creamy. Add in the glass over the bright mixture and that’s it.
