If you would ask me to describe this dessert in one sentence, I would say: 30 minutes juicy chocolate bites.

I don’t think I have to say more, but quickly to the chicken!

Preparation time: 30 minutes


– 200 g flour

– 5 tablespoons of cocoa

– 1 teaspoon of baking soda

– 1/4 teaspoon of salt

– 220 g brown sugar

– 200 ml water

– 70 ml oil

– juice of half lemon

– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

White filling

– 250 g cream cheese

– 70 g sugar

– 1 egg

– 70 gr dark chocolate


We are preparing the white filling. Mix cheese, sugar and eggs using a spatula. Stir in chopped chocolate. Leave the mixture on the side.

We’re preparing the muffins. Mix dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, mix water, oil, juice of half lemon, brown sugar and vanilla extract. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients and combine it with a mixer.

Put the dark mixture into muffin tins. If you do not have silicone one, then cover the tins with butter or put the paper baskets. Put a spoon of white filling on the dark mixture. Drizzle the mixture with a knife.

Bake the muffins at 175°C for 25 minutes.

And that is all the effort you will make and the result is marvelous!
