Since pomegranate is in season, I bought it the other day. I was thinking how else can I use it. Opening the kitchen cabinet I saw these molds, which I almost forgot.
I began to add the ingredients in the bowl and in no time I got these delicious snacks, with a pomegranate as a star inside.
Preparation time: 35 minutes
– 300 g flour
– 1 baking powder
– 1 teaspoon of ginger
– pinch of salt
– 100 g melted butter
– 240 ml milk
– 2 eggs
– 80 g sugar
– 1 pomegranate
Clean the pomegranate and leave it aside.
Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, ginger and salt. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, milk, eggs and sugar.
Mix the two mixtures with a whisker until combined. Add the pomegranate seeds gently to the mixture.
Transfer the mixture into molds and bake for 25 minutes at 190 ° C. If you don’t have these molds, the muffin molds will do.
And that is it! With few ingredients and little time you get a great snack.
