The title completely speaks about these muffins. Namely, I was making almond milk (for which you have more details on the Instagram stories) since there were a lot of remains in the form of almonds, I was thinking how to use them. I used the ingredients that I had in the kitchen, spiced with a spoon of Nutella and got these muffins.
In the making, I used the great products from Biona.
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Very simple: mix all the ingredients in the bowl and mix until you get a uniform mixture.
Put in the silicone molds for muffins a part of the mixture, then a spoon of Nutella and apply a spoonful of the mixture.
Muffins are baked in an oven heated at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Serve the muffins over a cup of coffee with almond milk and marshmallow.. yummy!
